The Assistant Dean and the Administrative Academic Advisors on the Associate in Arts Program campuses provide advisement and administrative support on behalf of the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences. They also support faculty, in their role as advisors, within the Associate in Arts Program.

The Faculty Director for the Associate in Arts Program provides overall coordination of advising and student support at the three Associate in Arts campuses, as well as overseeing the implementation of programming for students transitioning to Newark for the bachelor's degree.
