Recent HR off-boarding tools: Separation Checklist|HR Exit Interview<p>HR has recently updated two off-boarding tools, the Separation Checklist and the HR Exit Interview.</p><p> </p><p>Separation Checklist:</p><p>The revised checklist may be found <a href="/finance-team-sub-site/Documents/Separation-Checklist-v2.pdf" target="_blank">here</a>. It is recommended that the steps on the checlist be taken when terminating an employee. It is also expected that you collect any University owened property prior to the employee's termination. <br></p><p>Exit Survey:</p><p>The revised exit survey can be found <a href="/finance-team-sub-site/Documents/Exit_Interview_Survey-(paper).pdf" target="_blank">here</a>. The survey may be used for exempt and non-exempt employees. Also, it is voluntary and may be submitted anonymously. <br></p><p> </p>
New Form I-9<p>​Effective January 22, 2017 all responsible for processing the form I-9 must use the new version released. Previous forms will NOT be accepted thereafter. The new form can be found <a href="" target="_blank">here</a> for your use.<br></p>
